William A. BolimaPrincipal

William (Bill) Bolima has over forty-three (43) years of experience in the field of design drafting. He has owned and operated Bolima Drafting and Design, Inc. (BD&D) since 1987. His core responsibilities are in the operation of BD&D including administration, personnel and contracts. Additionally, Bill is multi-disciplined and is proficient in both AutoCAD and Microstation. Bill’s knowledge and experience are utilized in providing strict quality assurance reviews and standards. He also actively participates in the coordination of CADD services.

Link Light Rail L235-Capitol Hill Tunnel, Sound Transit

Provided AutoCAD support for preliminary engineering documents for the proposed tunnel from 9th and Stewart to 50th Ave NE in the City of Seattle.

Regional Transit Project, Metro

Member of the original team selected for the Phase II portion of Metro’s Regional Transit Project. Completed a set of plans consisting of 378 drawings using AutoCAD software.

Chehalis River Bridge/Record Drawings, WSDOT

Created a set of record drawings for the bridge mechanical/electrical system, per WSDOT Drafting Standards. Digitized the as-built drawings and added other information from sketches provided by the field engineer. .

Columbia Slough Railroad Bridge, Oregon Department of Transportation

Responsible for the CADD drafting of a set of plans consisting of 25 drawings for this structural project. Software used was Intergraph Microstation.
